Hi, I’m Jack Matthews, a dedicated physiotherapist passionate about helping people move better and feel their best. Based in Tomakin on the Eurobodalla Coast, I proudly support clients from across the region and beyond with personalised care designed to enhance recovery, performance, and long-term wellbeing. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and treatment you need to stay active, pain-free, and at your physical best.
My Story
I hold a Bachelor of Exercise Science from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra. With extensive experience in both private practice and the orthopaedic setting, I’ve even worked alongside surgeons to facilitate robotic joint replacements. My strong connections with Canberra-based orthopaedic surgeons mean I can guide you through this pathway with confidence.

Currently, I’m the head physiotherapist for the Batemans Bay Seahawks AFL team, combining my love for movement and sport with practical expertise. Outside of work, you’ll find me with my wife and two young children at Candlagan Creek or surfing the stunning beaches of the Eurobodalla coast.
